High Speed Slitting Machine

1.The main engine system adopts three motors linkage control,high speed,stable tension,beautiful

appearance of the finished product.

2.The main motor is separated from the feeding and winding motor to control the tension,and the

pressing transmission device is used to prevent the material from slipping and the main drive shaft

to control and stabilize the tension.

3. The winding press wheel system adopts a combination mechanism of intermittent displacement

and pneumatic auxiliary control,which can also press auxiliary finished products to meet the process

requirements of cutting and rewinding of various materials.

4.The winding system adopts ball slip axis.

5.Waste collection system adopts side-blown fan type.

6.The tool system can be arbitrarily selected with upper and lower round knives and industrial flat

knives,in order to meet the process requirements of cutting and rewinding various materials.

7.The unwinding system is equipped with EPC/LPC automatic deviation correction device,oil

pressure auxiliary loading and unloading operation mechanism and receiving platform device.

8.The winding system adopts shaft connection type,which reduces the space and covers an area and 

is convenient to handle.
